Registration through the online portal does not guarantee admission. All admissions are subject to document verification, availability of seats, and fulfillment of school criteria as per Recognition No. RTE40266.

2. Fee Payment & Refunds

Users must provide accurate details while recording fee transactions. Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. School reserves the right to revise the fee structure for the new academic session.

3. Use of Portal Data

Student profiles, Admit Cards, and Transfer Certificates (TC) generated through this portal are for official use only. Any tampering or misuse of these documents is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

4. User Responsibilities

Parents and students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials provided. You agree to notify the school office immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or data breach.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, graphics, and text, is the property of Madhur Memorial Public School. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of the use of this website or school services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rudrapur, Udham Singh Nagar.
